Read On PhoenixTo support schools, teachers, parents, and students, Read On Phoenix targets resources to the Cartwright School District and the Murphy Elementary School District with the collective goal to increase third grade reading proficiency levels by 25 percent by 2030.

To help minimize learning loss for young children and find opportunities to accelerate progress toward improved school readiness and K-3 literacy outcomes, partners in Read On Phoenix have identified four priorities to focus our collective efforts:
