Read On Tolleson
Read On Tolleson is a 6-square-mile city with a family oriented, small town atmosphere.
Within our tight-knit community, there are many partners working to create a strong foundation for early literacy. Each Read On Tolleson partner provides valuable support to drive English Language Arts achievement in our children approaching third grade. The vital support our partners provide includes staff training, early literacy education and programming, resources, financial support, and volunteer hours. Going through the application process to become a Read On City has shined a light on existing services within our community and has offered up the opportunity to strive for a more effective collaborative impact.
