Read On Phoenix

Read On Phoenix is a collaborative effort of schools, community organizations, literacy providers, and local government to accelerate progress toward improved school readiness and K-3 literacy outcomes.

Read On Phoenix targets resources to the Cartwright School District and the Murphy Elementary School District with the collective goal to increase third grade reading proficiency levels by 25 percent by 2030. Read On Phoenix also convenes two annual community meetings (fall and spring) for all City of Phoenix school districts and community-based organizations offering early literacy programs.
